Cancellation Policy for COVID: In the event of a COVID lockdown which prevents an event from going ahead, we are happy to defer any events and deposits to a future date or to offer a full refund if there are no suitable dates available in the future.

Cancellation Policy As empty accommodation and conference rooms represent revenue forgone, Waitakere Resort & Spa will charge a cancellation fee appropriate to the notice given for the cancellation.

60+ days’ notice Between confirmation of booking and up to 60 days prior to the event, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited for a cancellation or a date change.

Within 60 days’ notice Full deposit will be forfeited for a cancellation or date change.

0-30 days’ notice 100% of the full conference package (as it stands on cancellation) will be charged, less the deposit already paid.

NB: Cancellations must be received in writing. Waitakere Resort & Spa will then acknowledge receipt of the cancellation in writing. All notice periods are taken from the first day the conference is due to start.

The Tui Room

The Tui Room overlooks Auckland City and Waitakere Ranges and are second to none. The room has air-conditioning/heating, a wraparound deck and sound system. Seats 60 theatre style.

Waitakere Resort Kereru conference room

The Kereru Room

The Kereru Room is located on the hotel grounds and is nestled amongst mature trees and manicured gardens alongside our helipad. The Kereru Room features three break out rooms, slightly aside from the larger conference area.

Waitakere Resort Fantail conference room

The Fantail Room

The Fantail Room is ideal for smaller groups or as a breakout room for the Tui Room and has rainforest/city views. Seats 35 theatre style.
